First trip to Mexico City, a third global city of the North America an alpha class city on the world cities index. My partner was attending the AIDS 2008 Conference and we had chosen to stay in the Zona Rosa district, its name deriving from the rose coloured pavements. In the south-west quadrant of the area made up of the intersection of the formal Reforma axis and Insurgentes.
